We are looking for an additional part-time typist/administrator to join our Professional Services Department in our Tunbridge Wells office on a fixed term contract basis. The role will involve providing typing and administration support services to the Rural and Planning teams within the Professional Department. The contract will be until the end of the year (2020).

Key tasks

  • Audio typing
  • Proofreading
  • Report compilation
  • Handling outgoing post
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Filing (electronic/manual/archive)
  • Photocopying/scanning/shredding

Skills required

  • Audio typing and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft software)
  • Time management
  • Proofreading
  • Key eye for detail
  • Use of initiative
  • Team player

The hours required are 20 hours per week between the hours of Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (exact hours/days to be agreed with the successful candidate).
