We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support Leo Hickish in his role as Head of Professional Services, which is increasing to a wider role across the whole firm. Within these roles Leo is responsible for the performance of the Professional Services department which consists of 3 teams (Rural, Planning and Telecoms) located across 3 offices. Leo has his own client base and undertakes his own fee work whilst managing the department. The increasing wider role Leo is undertaking involves the management of various initiatives across the whole firm whose objectives are to increase the performance and profitability of the firm.

The PA will provide support, co-ordination and administration to Leo to assist him in undertaking his duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in diary management, meeting co-ordination and general office management along with audio typing (report writing) and proof reading skills. Attention to detail, use of initiative and time management are key requirements for the successful applicant.

  • Post (Outgoing post)
  • Answering telephone calls
