Our Estate Management team in Pulborough provides a bespoke property management service for high-net-worth individuals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our highly reputable and well-established office.

This role suits someone confident and proactive with an ability to manage their workload within a fast paced, professional environment. Working with the team you will be responsible for client correspondence, managing maintenance records, preparing tenancies and liaising with tenants and contractors. You will also provide secretarial support as part of the Administration team.

Salary and Package

  • Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2AZ).
  • Permanent position.
  • Part time: c 15 hours ideally 3 hours x 5 days but can be flexible.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
  • £22,500 – £24,000 FTE salary per annum (pro-rated).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong IT skills.
  • Audio & copy typing.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident dealing with a broad range of stakeholders: clients, tenants, contractors, solicitors, members of the public.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • First point of contact for enquiries, screening and assisting colleagues managing their workflow.
  • Preparing a range of documents eg, tenancy agreements, letting information, licences and reports.
  • Assisting other team members with projects, lettings, organising repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate lists and schedules of property matters.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • General administration duties.
