You will assist our Telecoms team of Chartered Surveyors in their diverse range of professional work which includes Lease Renewals, Wayleave Agreements, Portfolio Management, Redevelopment, Consents and Upgrades, Rent Reviews Leasehold Sales, access and much more.

Salary and package
- Based in our Tunbridge Wells office (1 London Rd, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1DH).
- Permanent position.
- Fulltime (9am-5.30pm).
- 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
- £25,000 per annum.
- Discretionary bonus.
- Company Pension after qualifying period.
- Mileage allowance.
Qualifications and skills
- A RICS-accredited degree is required to enable working towards RICS and CAAV qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
- A good willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities and duties
- Client facing handling eg, rent reviews and agreement renewals.
- Help the Telecoms team liaise with clients, their solicitors and agents.
Other requirements
- Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
- Clean full driving license.
- Use of a car.
