We have four strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells.

Salary and Package

• Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2AZ).
• Permanent position.
• Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and some Saturdays on a rota.
• 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
• £40,000 per annum.
• Commission.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong management and team leadership.
• Excellent communicator.
• Confident and resourceful.
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Good IT skills (essential).
• Knowledge of Reapit (advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellence in customer service.
• Keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

• A flare for the high-quality promotion and marketing of properties working with our internal marketing department.
• The ability to self-motivate in order to proactively generate new business, win property instructions and secure sales by interacting well with clients.
• Use a range of networking channels to develop sales leads.
• Building and maintaining good and effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Overseeing office financials and sales targets.

Other Requirements

• Sound knowledge of and keen interest in the West Sussex property market.
• Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
• Clean full driving licence
• Use of a car.
