Head of Agency Sales, Haywards Heath

We are looking for an Estate Agent to head up our Residential Agency team in Haywards Heath. You may either be an experienced team leader/office manager or someone looking for the next stepping-stone in your career.

Role: Head of Agency Sales.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.30pm) and Saturdays as part of a rota.

Duration: Permanent.

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

• The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• The ability to self-motivate in order to proactively generate new business, win property instructions and secure sales by interacting well with clients.
• A flare for the high-quality promotion and marketing of properties within the digital age – training, mentoring and support in growing these skills will be readily provided where appropriate.
• Good IT skills (essential).
• Knowledge of Reapit (advantageous but not essential).

Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K. and a clean driving licence and use of a car.
