We have four strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells.

Salary and package

  • Based in our Pulborough office (Stratton House, 57 Lower Street, Pulborough, RH20 2AZ).
  • Permanent position.
  • Fulltime (9am-5.30pm) plus some Saturdays on a rota.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
  • £21,000 per annum plus commission
  • Company Pension after qualifying period.
  • Mileage allowance.

Qualifications and skills

  • Enthusiasm for engagement with the public.
  • Excellent communication.
  • IT skills (Microsoft software and knowledge of REAPIT an advantage).
  • Time management.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Use of initiative.
  • Team player.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Maintain a database of applicants seeking property to purchase.
  • Contact applicants to establish their requirements.
  • Arrange viewings with applicants and keep them appraised of new properties.
  • Collate/report feedback after appointments.
  • Building rapport with clients.

Other requirements

  • Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
  • Clean full driving licence
  • Use of a car.
