Ambitious Sales Negotiator required with strong agency background. The role offers an enormous opportunity for career progression by expanding the existing residential agency business. You will work as part of a team helping to progress sales and be responsible for bringing in new business.

We have four strategically placed offices across Kent and Sussex including Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells.

Salary and package

  • Based in our Tunbridge Wells office (1 London Road, Tunbridge Wells, TW1 1DH).
  • Permanent position.
  • Fulltime.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
  • £26,000 – 29,000 per annum.
  • Commission.
  • Life Insurance.

Qualifications and skills

  • NAEA desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Strong people and communication skills – good listener.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients – focus on customer care.
  • Flexible and organised in managing workload.
  • Excellent focus on detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Knowledge of Reapit (advantageous but not essential).
  • Determination and drive.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Negotiate and secure sales by interacting well with clients and buyers.
  • Proactively generate viewings /collate and report on feedback to clients.
  • Efficiently manage the database of buyers and match suitable buyers to properties.
  • Manage the progression of sales driving through to completion.

  • Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.
