The Batcheller Monkhouse Planning team working with Offset Architects have assisted in securing full planning permission for a small scheme of 6 new dwellings on land at Clarendon Drive, Rochester Kent. The site had formerly been private allotments but was located within the urban area and within an area of existing residential development. The site presented a number of planning issues including topographical design and drainage. After extensive negotiation to secure design changes Medway planning committee voted unanimously to approve the scheme.
