Little Teagues Farm, Scaynes Hill, West Sussex
The Batcheller Monkhouse Planning Team secured the conversion of a large poultry shed to 5 dwellings utilising Class Q permitted development legislation. The legislation is necessarily restrictive and once a prior approval decision was secured for the conversion of the building a separate planning consent was successfully secured for the change of use of land around the building to residential garden areas and parking.
