BM Planning Team assisted Catesby Estates Plc in securing resolution to grant outline consent for 370 residential units at Park Farm Hellingly. This is an excellent example of how the company’s multidisciplinary nature can assist at all stages of the development process. The range of skills across the Tunbridge Wells planning and development team were employed to the full with the surveying team working on behalf of the landowner to secure Catesby Estates as a development partner, the planning team retained to provide planning consultancy services and assist in securing outline consent and the surveying team once again contracted to now sell the land. A great collaborative approach. We are now moving on to Phase 2 of the Park Farm development which will see the same project format for  planning and development services.
