Batcheller Monkhouse identified the opportunity to convert some redundant buildings into residential accommodation at a Surrey Estate. Our team worked alongside the clients and building surveyors to design and implement a suitable development. With the guidance of our knowledgeable and experienced planning team, consent for the project was granted and funding arranged to assist the client with the development.
Batcheller Monkhouse project managed the conversion, and worked closely with the building surveyor to ensure the delivery and completion of the project within the allocated time-frame. Upon completion, the Batcheller Monkhouse Lettings Department successfully let the properties and continue to manage these on behalf of our client today.
