I had a really positive experience with Batcheller Monkhouse. The whole team was lovely, but Brad in particular stood out, he was also the agent managing our search for a property we were interested in, he was kind, respectful and genuinely helpful throughout the process ensuring we were aware of everything and giving great advice and knew the area very well.
He kept us updated at every step, answered all our questions quickly and made the referencing process feel straightforward. We also appreciated being able to view the property more than once, and with flexibility which gave us confidence in our decision.
He seemed to have a great relationship with landlords too—Brad even helped negotiate a later move-in date that worked well for both us and the landlord. I definitely recommend them to anyone

I would like to extend our appreciation to Lisa from the Battle office for helping us get our sale and purchase over the line. I genuinely think that if it wasn’t for her persistence, frequent communication and constant chasing we wouldn’t have sold our house and moved into our new home.
