I can't praise the team at Batcheller Monkhouse enough who were supportive and communicative throughout a very long and drawn out process (no fault of BM). They were very clear, patient and transparent with me regarding the progress of my purchase and I really appreciated their positivity when the sale finally got moving again. They actually seemed really pleased for me and the vendors when it all came good. I would use them again if I was to move on (although that won't be anytime soon!)
