Zoopla – “Huge un-tapped market for agents” as many UK homeowners live in a home which doesn’t meet their needs.
Andy Marshall, the portal’s chief commercial officer, said “over 50% of Britons are living in homes that don’t meet their needs”. Furthermore he discussed how their data highlighted that “around half of UK homeowners undervalue their home by an average of £46,000”.
