This week Estate Agent Today released an article which included some fascinating comments from Zoopla about how people in the UK are living in homes that don’t meet their needs.
Andy Marshall, the portal’s chief commercial officer, said “over 50% of Britons are living in homes that don’t meet their needs”. Furthermore he discussed how their data highlighted that “around half of UK homeowners undervalue their home by an average of £46,000”.
