We are looking for a Graduate Land Agent to join our Tunbridge Wells office. You will join our Rural team working with a wide array of clients on a varied range of work including Estate management, rural consultancy, valuation and diversification. We are looking for someone able to both work as a team member and under their own initiative to help us further expand this successful office. We are also committed to providing high quality workplace training to help you achieve your RICS and CAAV qualifications.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.30pm)

Permanent/Temporary: Permanent

Qualifications:  An RICS Accredited degree is required to enable working towards RICS and CAAV qualifications.

Personal Requirements: Candidates who have completed their Batchelors or Masters degree and who are working towards their RICS qualification. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude, and have a good willingness to learn with a keen eye for detail.

Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K. and a full clean driving licence.
