Vacancy: Graduate Surveyor – General Practice
Location: Based in our Tunbridge Wells office (1 London Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1DH)
Full-time/Part time: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.30pm)
Permanent/temporary: Permanent
Other requirements: Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.

The Role:

We are looking for a graduate surveyor to join our Tunbridge Wells office. You will join the Professional team working with a wide array of clients on a varied range of work including the valuation of residential and commercial property, advising clients on development land and general private client work. We are looking for someone able to both work as a team member and under their own initiative to help us further expand this successful office. We are also committed to providing high quality workplace training to help you achieve your RICS qualification.

Degree: Post-graduate, working towards RICS qualification

Personal requirements: Candidates who have completed their surveying degree or Master’s and who are working towards their RICS qualification. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude and have a good willingness to learn with a keen eye for detail.
