Position: Intranet Administrator / Technical Assistant to General Manager

Key activities:

CRM – We have launched our SharePoint CRM/Intranet and require someone with good technical experience to develop user adoption and improved experience through page design, navigation, content etc. Additionally, the implementation of business processes automation e.g. onboarding / offboarding staff. You do not need to be a developer but will need to be adept at navigating and manipulating the system’s administrative section via widgets and tools.

Technical Assistant to General Manager – The General Manager’s responsibilities include coordination of regulatory standards e.g. compliance, insurances etc, and associated policies and documentation. There is now a requirement for assistance in the authoring and administration of content and processes; also more general ad hoc project coordination and support.

Personal requirements:

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in relevant equivalent CRM / business process systems (we are open to transferable skills from alternative specialisms such as website management). Specific SharePoint experience will be an advantage. Excellent creative technical writing is important along with excellent communication skills, motivation with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
Other requirements:

Location: Haywards Heath preferred (consideration will be given to the role being located at Pulborough, Tunbridge Wells or Battle). Some home-working available.

Full-time/Part time: Part time – circa 18hrs per week subject to discussion.

Salary/Package: Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K. and a full clean driving licence.

Permanent/temporary: Permanent

Salary: Up to £25,000 FTE Subject to experience (prorated part time).
