It is not uncommon for a number of issues to raise their head during the sales process, the team at Batcheller Monkhouse have the necessary experience and market acumen to guide the landowners through the process and work closely with the house buyer and legal teams to seal the deal. This can include but not limited to dealing with historic overage and restrictive covenants issues, utilities and services connections and securing vacant possession of the site.
