If your organisation’s property portfolio has telecoms equipment over it, you may find that the burden of receiving, administrating and facilitating access for telecoms operators to access their equipment on your land or building can detract from your core business activities.

Batcheller Monkhouse has a dedicated Access Management team who can advise on what is necessary to ensure safe and reliable access for operators onto your sites, lifting that burden from you. We can bring together those requirements into a formal Access Policy document for agreement with the operators that provides an acceptable balance between the operator’s need to maintain and upgrade its apparatus and the land owner’s need to keep its staff and property safe and sound.

We are also able to offer a complete Access administration service; from receiving the initial request, assessing the proposal and its requirements, ensuring all Health & Safety documentation is in place and that all contractors are vetted if necessary, to organising entry to site (including the arrangement of any keys). We can also advise on the provision of accompaniment and supervision services for more substantial works.
