Outline Terms of Tenancy
An Assured Shorthold Tenancy (unfurnished) is proposed for an initial term of 12 months, the rent for which will be payable monthly in advance. A deposit of five week's rent will be held under a Deposit Scheme by the landlord’s agents, a deposit being payable prior to the signing of the agreement.
