Book a Sales Valuation
Thinking of selling? Start with what your property is genuinely worth.
Our Sales team knows the market across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey inside out. We will give you an honest, up-to-date figure based on real local demand, not a guess pulled from a national average.
What Is Your Property Worth?
A sales valuation is not just a number, it is the foundation for getting your sale right from the start. Price it too high and your property risks sitting on the market unsold; too low and you are leaving money on the table. Our team weighs up your property’s condition, location and genuine buyer demand in your area to give you a realistic, defensible figure.
There is no obligation to sell through us afterwards. Some sellers use our valuation purely to inform a decision they are making themselves, and that is fine.

Common Questions About Sales Valuations
Nothing. Our sales valuations are free, with no obligation to sell your property through us afterwards.
A sales valuation reflects what a property is likely to achieve on the open market. A mortgage valuation is carried out by, or on behalf of, a lender solely to confirm that the property provides adequate security for the loan, and the two figures can differ.
Most valuations take around 30 to 45 minutes on-site, followed by a written summary with our recommended asking price.
You’ll receive our recommendation and can decide whether to proceed. If you do, we’ll talk you through our off-market and full marketing strategies to find the right approach for your property.
Please contact a member of our Sales Team to discuss how we can help you.
