In September 2024, the Batcheller Monkhouse Chartered Town Planners had another successful few days attending The Glamping Show, a luxury camping and outdoor hospitality exhibition event.
Staff from our Tunbridge Wells Planning Consultancy Department went to the NAEC in Stoneleigh, near Coventry between 19 and 21 September.

The Batcheller Monkhouse stand was inundated with homeowners, landowners and potential clients looking to diversify into glamping. Our staff spent three days answering people’s questions and assisting those seeking expert advice on navigating the complex planning process. They also entertained visitors with a “Is it a Lake or Loch’ competition. The prize consisted of a bottle of champagne and a luxury picnic bag. There were a number of seminars taking place throughout the event. These covered a range of interesting topics ranging from “The Future of Glamping” to “Maximizing Revenue in Glamping Operations: Beyond Daily Rates”.
Our Planners had a brilliant time seeing many new and familiar people and businesses. Thank you to everyone who visited Batcheller Monkhouse and entered our competition. We hope you enjoyed the event and we look forward to seeing you next year.
