Batcheller Monkhouse were delighted to once again attend The Kent Farming Conference in Detling, Kent.
On the 24th of January 2024, our rural professionals enjoyed an evening at The Kent Farming Conference. The event, held at The Kent County Showground, focused on the barriers British agriculture is facing regarding sustainability and food security. It was brilliant to see a large turnout of approximately 140 people from a variety of farming sectors.

Throughout the evening, a dynamic panel of guest speakers talked about several thought-provoking topics and shared their insights and experiences in the industry. Combined with a complimentary buffet and refreshments, it was a welcoming and successful event.
It was a brilliant chance for farmers, growers and landowners to gain a better understanding of the latest trending topics in agriculture. The event was concluded with a Q&A session, providing the attendees with the option to receive answers to their questions.
This is a fantastic, free opportunity for the farming community to seek advice, stay updated and network. We are very much looking forward to next year’s conference.
