This week an article was released discussing the 10 most desirable Sussex towns where everyone wants to move to, according to increasing property prices. RightMove are seeing what they call a mini-boom as Britain gets moving again. The property website has found year-on-year buyer enquiries up 75% since the start of July, and 44% of new listings that came up for sale in the first month after the English market opened on May 13 have already been marked as sale agreed, compared to 34% for the equivalent dates last year.

The number of monthly sales agreed is up 15% in England on last year, and in the five days after the stamp duty announcement it jumped to 35% up on the same days a year ago.

The top 10 towns and villages that have seen the biggest increase in price is comparing valuations from June 2017 with June 2020″.
